Communication with Troop members about planned events and other
information is facilitated by emails to parents of Scouts as well as announcements made during regular weekly meetings.
If a Scout does not attend meetings regularly he will miss key information about upcoming events. Scouts should assume responsibility for communicating
with the Patrol Leader, Senior Patrol Leader, Scoutmaster, event coordinators and other adult leaders when
needed.
Online tools such as the Troop's blog and calendar are also used to deliver timely and accurate information about functions. Frequent monitoring of these resources is essential for receiving the most current information about activities and for obtaining supplemental information between regular meetings.
